Custom Invitation Order Form

Please fill out the form below in as much detail as possible to ensure a smooth transaction.  Once this information is received by Custom Wedding Details, you will receive an email to confirm your order and provided with a total, followed by an invoice for 50% of that total through PayPal.  A PayPal account is not required to complete this transaction.  You will receive a detailed email directly from PayPal stating how to complete this transaction.  PayPal accepts Credit and Debit Card Payments.
