What forms of payment do you accept?
PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover

What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of the products we sell, refunds are not offered. Should you need to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP. If your product has already begun production, your payment cannot be refunded.

What is your typical response time?
Response time is dependent on product type.
- Monograms:  Same or next business day proofs.
- Thank You Signs:  Next business day shipping.
- Cake Toppers:  Next day shipping dependent on stock availability.
- Aisle Runners:  6-8 weeks production time. Same or next business day proofs.
- Custom Signs:  Same or next business day proofs. Following business day shipping.
- Labels:  Same or next business day proofs. Shipping varies, depending on stock availability.
- Custom Invitations: Please refer to our Custom Invitation FAQs
- Semi-DIY Invitations:  7-14 business day shipping
- Special Requests:  Varies, depending on materials, quantity and item type(s) requested.
- Business Design:  Electronic materials - Same or next business day proofing.  Completed files proofed/revised as necessary until client is satisfied.  Print items - Same as above + production time and shipping time. Approximately 7-10 days.

What are your shipping options?
All items are carefully packaged and shipped using USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day arrival).  PayPal will notify you of when your item has shipped as well as provide a tracking number. Please retain this information for your records.  In most instances, Custom Wedding Details will also email you a confirmation of your item shipment.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently offer shipment to Canada.  Please allow up to 2 additional weeks for shipments to Canada as International shipping tends to take longer than within the Continental US.  PayPal will notify you of when your item has shipped as well as provide a tracking number. Please retain this information for your records.  In most instances, Custom Wedding Details will also email you a confirmation of your item shipment.

Do you have a telephone number?
Our business transactions are primarily conducted online via our website and email.  If you are having difficulties with our website, and/or cannot reach us via email, you may call us at 740-358-0047.  Please leave a detailed voicemail.  Calls will typically be returned between the hours of 6pm and 11pm EST Monday - Friday.   Email is our preferred method of contact.
