Once you submit the form you will be directed to a page to make your payment through PayPal.

You may order as many monograms (color combinations, fonts, etc) as you wish. Every order placed or revisions requested (above and beyond the one round given), are $9.99 (Graphical) each.

Once the order form and payment have been received, your monograms will begin to be designed.

You will receive an email with attachments to review your monogram designs. Please note that these will be sent in low resolution for reviewing purposes only.

Once you have approved your monogram, the final files will be emailed to the address you provide as attachments. Your finalized files will be high resolution gif and/or jpg files.

Due to the custom nature of these items, refunds are not offered.

Please note that as we make every possible attempt to design your monogram with the fonts you specify, not all fonts, names and combinations therein work well together. Some minor adjustments may need to be made.
