What makes us

All of our designs are
completely customized to match that of your wedding color
scheme, décor, etc. We work one on one with our customers to
assure that they are getting exactly what it is they are seeking
in their invitations. YOU get to
choose what colors, fonts, wording, layout, graphics and style
that best suits your wedding. Everything is customizable,
not just your name and event information.
We pride ourselves on
prompt, attentive and exceptional customer service. Most emails
are responded to within 24 hours, if not 6 hours!
What is the
average cost of our invitations?
Single Panel Card invitations range
between $200 and $500.
Pocketfolder invitations
begin around $300 and up.
Actual cost varies
based upon Number of Invitations, Number of Inserts and
additional materials requested.
Shipping, postage,
and addressing are not included in
this pricing.
What is our
payment and order process?
The first phase of the
process is to gather the number of invitations required, the
type of invitation, and number of inserts. Once this
information is obtained, we then put together a formal quote
based on that information. Once a final invitation count has
been decided, ½ of the estimated quote is invoiced and design is
begun. A basic contract agreement is then signed by both
parties stating their intentions of this order. We work with you to come up with a design that suits
your wedding scheme. Proofing is done as long as necessary
taking into consideration the amount of time between the date
you need your invitations and the printing and assembly time
until all details have been approved and finalized. Once at
this point, printing and assembly occurs. Once the items have
been printed, assembled and close to being shipped, an invoice
for the final ½ of the estimated quote + Shipping is sent
via PayPal. This final amount may vary depending on the
occurrence of additions or omissions to your order throughout
the process. Once this final payment has been received, all
items will ship within 1-5 days of receipt.
Do we offer
mailed invitation samples?
Pocketfolder Samples: $10.00 each
Single Panel Samples: $5.00 each
This includes a sample
design with minimal revisions.
Once in contract, more revisions may be made to the invitation.
What types of
payment do we accept?
We accept Credit Cards,
PayPal, and Cashier’s Checks. For check payments, there is a
5-day clearance period once the check has been received before
any work is begun. All credit card payments are processed
through PayPal. Your financial information is never
disclosed to Custom Wedding Details.

Does the cost
include extra envelopes, calligraphy, inner envelopes, addressing, or postage?
Pricing includes 5 extra
outer envelopes and 5 extra RSVP response envelopes. More may be
purchased upon request.
Pricing does
not include
calligraphy, inner envelopes, addressing, or stamps. Customers are responsible
for these items.
No envelope printing is offered at this time as there is too
large of a risk to damage printing systems.
Do we have a
contract?
Due to the custom nature
of our items, we require a contract on all of our invitation
orders. The contract basically states that you as a customer
will fulfill your promise to complete your invitation order and
in exchange Custom Wedding Details will fulfill our promise to
complete your order and that you are satisfied with your
final product.
Do we offer
refunds?
Due to the custom nature
of our products, full refunds are not given. An agreed upon
partial refund may be given but only at the discretion of Custom
Wedding Details, should it become necessary.

All of our papers range
in weight from at least 80lb to 112lb depending upon the type
requested. We offer smooth and metallic finishes.

Metallic colors are
heavier weight papers with a sheen to them.
Is printing
available on Metallic or Colored papers?
At this time, printing
is only available on our smooth finish papers in either Cream or
White. All inserts, printed invitation layers and envelopes
come with a standard option of either Cream or White paper.
How are our
items shipped to you?
All items are shipped
USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery).
Shipping costs range between $15-$25 depending on order size and
type.
How much
assembly am I, the customer, responsible for?
Customers are
responsible for the stuffing of envelopes, placement of
pocketfolder inserts, stamps, and addressing.
Custom Wedding Details
will adhere parts of the invitation that need to be put together
with an adhesive.
